Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit of the total cost of accommodation is required within seven (7) days of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is to be paid one month prior to arrival

We accept payment by EFT and Debit and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that there will be NO surcharge for any credit card payments). If paying by EFT, please ensure that your Surname and date of arrival are shown in the transfer details.

Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival will be eligible to receive full refund of deposit, less $100 per person service charge. For cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival, no refund or credit will be given on any funds already paid. 
No refunds of accommodation or any other related services will be given if guests are unable to arrive on the day of the booking. Including travel being effected by transport related problems or weather conditions.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel and personal injury insurance against any unforeseen circumstances.

We endeavour to maximise your time on the mountain and are very happy to offer luggage storage facilities for early arrivals and late departures if required.

Complimentary arrival and departure transfers are provided between Perisher Skitube Terminal & Corroboree Lodge. These transfers are normally available from 7.00am to 8.00pm. We are happy transfer outside these times, however additional fees may be charged if transfers are required very late at night or very early in the morning.
